Another entry form me, the one who never updates? Jeepers, it truly is the end of the world (as we know it).
I might as well talk about the awesome loot I got for Jesus Day. I got a sewing machine, which I love, and 'The Namesake' on DVD. Aaron got me the Evangelion platinum box set and a Tom Nook/Animal crossing mug. His parents got me an assorted amount of stuff. I got a special edition wine called Cuvee Elena. A couple of ornaments, soap, desk stuff, a pretty green scarf. His mom got me High School Musical 2 on Blue-Ray... I haven't even seen the first one and we don't have a device that plays Blue Ray. I took it back and got 'Amelie' instead. I also got a Sephora gift card and I got lip colours with it. And mom's friend Vi gave me a gift certificate to Amazon I have yet to spend. I got various other things like bath stuff, Care Bare pj pants, etc. All and all quite fruitful.
I start my history seminar this term. It should be ok, I mean, I did get into the modern Japanese culture one. I am going to do something about Japanese film and social commentary about the problems within the culture and society. Sometimes I feel like I am never going to graduate. I am also taking a post WW2 Japan class from the same Prof as my seminar. And German 202.
I think I have a plan to stay on track this term. Pretty much everyday after German class I am going to go to the library to do my homework. Accept for Wednesday because I have to work at 12, but I can just do it on the bus, even at work before I start my shift because I'll get there with 30+ to spare. Reading and Research will be the hardest to fit into my schedule. I would also like to go to the gym (ha ha ha) but I don't know when and how that is going to happen. I am just going to have to look at the sylabses and really plan things out carefully.
I am nervous about starting this term, because I really don't know what to expect. From classes, to teachers, to myself. I really want to do well, but for some reason I just can't.
Maybe with the little change of have a real desk. A real place to work I'll do better. No more doing homework on the couch for me!
I lost my debit card and it suuuuuuucks. The fact that it takes 2 weeks to get one to me is crap. You would think, in this day in age of technology...
I am watching a Taiwanese Dorama (Drama) called ISWAK (It Started With A Kiss). So far its really cute, I like it muchly. I really want to watch more Asian doramas but I can only watch whatever is on Youtube with English fan subbing. But hey, that's ok. Every episode is about an hour and a half long so its a time eater. I think when I start school I might watch an episode a week or something like that.
Time management is not my strong suit.
